Computer Training Program :- |
|
| |
Computer Training Program for School staff conducted by MicroSoft and held in our Vidyalaya from Dec. 12, 2007 to Dec. 21, 2007 under MicroSoft Project shiksha. All the teachers attended this training program and create MicroSoft power point presentation slides in their respective subjects to make the teaching & learning process effective & easy using computer technology.
The representative of MicroSoft Project Shiksha Ms. Swati Kundu gives this training to the staff and gaves the certificates of training after successful completion.

Social Science Exhibition : |

The Vidyalaya conducted School level Science and Social Science Exhibition on 10th August and around 100 students participated in it.
In the Cluster level Social Science Exhibition held at K.V, ONGC on 11th August, models of our 14 students were selected for Regional Level Social Science Exhibition, which was held at KV Digaru. |

Our Vidyalaya participated in various sports and games events at Regional Level and National Level in 2009-10.
Football:-The football team of our Vidyalaya participated at Regional Level meet in the month of September.
Volley Ball:-Our Volleyball team participated for the regional level competition held at KV Khanapara in the month of September2009.
Athletics:-Our students participated in various athletic events at Regional Level, which was held at KV BRPL Bongaigaon.
BasketBall :- Mt. Mayank Sharma, Preeti Hazarika and Kishan Tanti Has participated in KVS National held at New Delhi.
Swimming: Kum. Aparna and Kum. Bhargavi Hazarika Participated in KVS Nationals held at Ahamdabad Region.
Cricket: Mt. Harmandeep Played in District level tournament under 14 in the month of Dec09. |

IIT Techno Festiva : |
|

Four of our students Vivek Singh, Saurav, Mayank and Abhinand represented the Vidyalaya at IIT Guwahati in Techno festiva which was held from 1 to 4th September. There we were among top ten. Our senior team achieved fourth position and Junior team eighth position among seventy participating teams of various schools from the North -East. |

Science Seminar : |

One of our talented students Miss Shobhika Mathur has been bringing laurels to the Vidyalaya by achieving top positions in various debate/ declamation contests.
At Regional level Science Seminar which was held on 2nd Aug.2005 at KV Jagiroad, she secured first position. At State level Science Seminar which was held at National Science Center, Guwahati on 27th August she represented Guwahati Region and achieved sixth position in whole Assam. Besides these, she has got top position in many local events. |

Scouts and Guides : |

Recently our Scouts and Guides went for Tritiya Sopan Testing Camp, which was held at KV EAC Upper Shillong from 8th to 11th September 2005. Five Scouts and four Guides participated in it and all of them completed it successfully. We also participated in Hart Scouts and Guides Guwahati Division Rally, which was held at K.V. ONGC from 28th to 31 Aug.2005. This rally was organized to select Scouts and Guides for National Jamburi to be held at Haridwar later this year. |
